We went to Big Sandy, TX for the ATI Homeschool Conference. Man did we have a blast, just being around people that have the same mind set on raising their families, homeschooling, Christ centered I did not want to leave. Here are some pics of our week!
There were like four or five rows of campers with these sidewalks in between them all the kids would just ride and ride their bikes and scooters on them it was like leave it to beaver days when people would let their kids play with out being overly cautious it was amazing!
The Duggars bus.
When we were walking down to the center Alyssa and her class were outside playing.
Walking into the main center.
Our home for the week, we got nicknamed the rocking chair people b/k Nick brought the wooden rocker, we know how to roll!
Alyssa and Will on their scooters!
Will told me that Job wanted to wear his sun glasses so he put them on him and I guess Job really did want to wear them because he just lit up he loved it, can you tell?
They slept well!!

This was the best time I have had in a long time! I can't wait till next year!

Looks like a really great time of family learning, fellowshipping like you said with like minded families - it is always such a joy to just be the way you are without judgement. What a blessing for you and your family -
Neat! I always wondered what went on at the homeschool conference... it sounds like there is something for everyone in the family. Cool!
